Our founder, Andrew Serrazina, spent years navigating the complexities of award travel—learning which points actually matter, how airline partnerships really work, and why two people on the same flight can pay wildly different prices. What began as planning trips for friends and family quickly grew into a passion for helping others avoid wasted points, bad redemptions, and endless hours of frustrating searches.
